Author Introduction
Zhicheng Tang, Ph. D., is currently engaged in research in Innovation Management Institute of Tsinghua University in China. The main research areas are: technological innovation, national governance, social governance, system management, complex system engineering management, technology and society, public cognition, scientific cognition, philosophy of science, etc.
